The winning party may request the other party to reimburse its reasonable expenses in connection with the arbitral proceedings, in particular, the expenses connected with defending his interests through legal representatives.
Considering the circumstances of a specific case, the ICAC may charge extra expenses incurred by one party, if such expenses have been incurred due to unreasonable or unfair actions of the other party.
